The Pilot Training Reform Act of 2025 amended academic hour requirements for the ATP certificate. Structured ATPL theory from an approved provider now satisfies the academic requirement regardless of when completed.
For CPL students: complete ATP-301 concurrently with commercial hour-build. Net result is a shorter time-to-airline-interview.
